Can I make a double-sided fold-over polybag header card with this generator?

Yes! Set Total Unfolded Card Height (W) to twice your desired finished header height (e.g., W = 100mm) and set Fold Header Depth (H) to half (e.g., H = 50mm). Fold the card in half over the top of your polybag and heat-seal or staple it shut.

Why are the four outer corners rounded?

Rounding the outer corners with a 6mm radius prevents sharp cardstock corners from dog-earing or catching on adjacent packages during retail shelf stocking.
