Producing kiss-cut product labels or sticker sheets on optical-eye vinyl cutters (Roland BN-20, Graphtec CE7000, Summa, Cricut Print-Then-Cut, Silhouette Cameo, or xTool M1) requires three distinct vector layers: an outer Full Die-Cut Sheet Border, an array of Kiss-Cut Sticker Contours with 3.0mm inner artwork bleed zones, and 4-Corner Optical Camera Registration L-Marks inset 8.0mm from the sheet edges. Our parametric generator automatically calculates maximum multi-up label yield across any sheet size and exports 1:1 vector .SVG, .PDF, and .DXF templates.
Standard Product Presets Built on This Print & Cut Sticker Sheet Engine
A4 Kiss-Cut Sticker Sheet (45mm Labels)
ISO A4 Carrier Sheet (210.0 x 297.0 mm) with Multi-Up 45 x 45 mm Kiss-Cut Labels
A4 Print-and-Cut Sticker Sheet
ISO 216 A4 Printable Vinyl Sheet (210.0 × 297.0 mm) with 45 mm Pitch Die-Cut Label Grid
Mathematical Blank & Tolerance Formulas
Leaves a 18mm outer optical camera margin around all 4 edges and a 6mm weeding matrix bridge between kiss-cut stickers.
Provides a 3mm safety buffer (BLUE CREASE layer) inside each red kiss-cut line so slight cutter drift never exposes unprinted white vinyl.
Step-by-Step Export & Assembly Guide
- 1 Enter your Carrier Sheet Width (L, e.g., 210mm for A4), Sheet Height (W, e.g., 297mm for A4), and Individual Sticker Size (in the Height H field, e.g., 45mm).
- 2 Inspect the generated multi-up sticker grid showing the Red Kiss-Cut contours, Blue 3mm Inner Bleed Safe Zones, and Green 4-Corner Optical Registration L-Marks.
- 3 Export as 1:1 .SVG or .PDF and open in Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or CorelDRAW.
- 4 Place your artwork on a print layer extending past the red kiss-cut lines, hide the Blue Bleed guide layer, print at 100% Actual Size with the 4 corner L-marks visible, and send the Red Kiss-Cut layer to your cutter.

Frequently Asked Questions — Print & Cut Sticker Sheet
What is the difference between Kiss-Cut and Die-Cut on a sticker sheet?
A Kiss-Cut uses lower blade pressure to slice only through the top adhesive vinyl layer while leaving the backing paper liner intact so stickers peel off easily. A Die-Cut slices completely through both the vinyl and the backing paper around the outer sheet perimeter.
Why is there a 6mm gap between each sticker on the sheet?
Leaving a 6mm matrix bridge between adjacent kiss-cut stickers allows you to weed (peel away) the excess waste vinyl in one single piece without accidentally lifting the individual stickers off the backing liner.
Why are the 4 corner optical registration marks inset 8mm from the sheet edge?
Optical camera sensors on Graphtec, Roland, Cricut, and Silhouette machines need at least 8mm of white unprinted margin outside the black L-marks to detect contrast accurately without mistaking the physical edge of the paper for the mark.
Are all sticker cut boxes exported as closed vector paths?
Yes! Both the outer sheet boundary and every individual kiss-cut label contour are exported as 100% closed LWPOLYLINE / SVG path loops on the CUT layer.
